Anthony L. Bajoczky

Mr. Bajoczky graduated with honors from Arkansas Tech with a degree in engineering, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the FSU College of Law. He attended and completed the National College Advocacy at Harvard School of Law.

Mr. Bajoczky began his career as a legal intern and law clerk with the Office of the State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida in 1972. Mr. Bajoczky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973, and was appointed Assistant State Attorney in 1973. Mr. Bajoczky then served active duty in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, with both military and general law practice at the Naval Law Center in Key West, Florida in 1974.

Mr. Bajoczky returned to Tallahassee and advanced to Assistant State Attorney in charge of Felony Trials. In 1977, Mr. Bajoczky went into private practice.

Mr. Bajoczky has tried hundreds of cases in the areas of criminal law, family law and personal injury.
